Reablement Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Social Care Service based in Central London

Your new role

You will join the Adult Social Care team as part of the Reablement service. Working alongside the Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be focusing on Reablement service users, supporting a holistic strengths based approach to adults who have lived in supported living. Your expertise will be required to devise, design and implement rehabilitation plans and outcomes for step down alternatives towards independent living.

This role is based within walking distance from several major stations in central London serviced my fast tube tube and rail lines. This is a rolling contract extended every 3 months. Both full-time and part-time working arrangements can be considered.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist in this role, in addition, you will need:

* Ability to move and handle equipment necessary for assessment and provision

* Previous experience working in an Occupational Therapy service, preferably within the last 5 years

* Experience of working with people with a wide range of impairments
