We have an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist/ Switchboard Operator to join our team in Preston on a part time basis. We are looking for a confident and friendly person who will be able to adapt to the needs of our clients both over the phone and face to face; whilst upholding the professional image of the company.
Key tasks and responsibilities
* Operate an efficient switchboard ensuring all calls routed correctly
* Operation and administration of agreed physical access requirements.
* To provide travel booking service for International and Domestic travellers across all sites
* To provide room booking service
* Command and control access for all external and internal clients through agreed policies and procedures.
* Effective management of HCLIBS staff Laptop ID passes/temp/visitor and Contractor passes.
* Maintain all security registers in accordance with Information Security requirements to provide an audit trail.
* Professional meet and greet front desk.
* Liase with third party contractors – Cleaning/Maintenance/Vending.
* To provide support to the Facilities Manager and other service roles as required to meet agreed service levels
* Ensure service is fully compliant with all current regulatory developments communicated via Facilities
