'I joined Pobl in may 2010 with little care experience. Being a caring person the role fitted my nature perfectly. I get great job satisfaction from being able to use my life experience and caring nature to support others. I have just had a promotion too - Soon I will start my new role as Lead Support Worker. But I couldn't have done it without the fantastic support of the team here - they make it such a great place to work.' - Lesa
