Grade 4+ - £19,554 - £21,166 (pro-rata £11,733 - £13,746)

Part Time: 21 hours per week (Tues,Weds & Thurs) | Fixed term contract

We have a great opportunity for a Digital Support Officer at Yes Manchester to provide an effective and high quality support service to our clients. Primarily the role is based at yes in Higher Blackley, but you will be required to work across all yes centres when necessary.

In this busy role you will be responsible for supporting the clients with their digital job search. This will involve registering all clients and assisting them to create email accounts, ‘find a job’ accounts, and providing support with any technical issues they may have. 

The role also includes numerous administrative tasks including updating the company website, social media, recording/advertising job vacancies, tracking employment & training outcomes, handling petty cash and recording footfall. You will also be responsible for the integrity and cleansing of the IT systems and will be required to cover reception when necessary.

The ideal person will be enthusiastic and customer focused, with excellent digital and administration skills. You will have the ability to identify and support clients’ needs and be able to build their confidence in using IT and digital equipment. The clients may have no or little IT knowledge therefore; excellent communication skills and patience are a must.
