Our partner based in Daventry, Northamptonshire are looking to add a part-time administrator to their team. Our partner has served the UK's abrasives needs for over 50 years and has built a solid reputation for providing high quality products and professional service.

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to provide sales and administrative support for all the products and services offered. This role is maternity cover.

Duties include (but not limited to):

Filing of sales paperwork

Support with customer enquiries, orders and quotes

Handle 3rd party warranty and demo tool processes

Provide sales/administrative support for field sales teams

Review stock demand reports

Monitor stock levels

Ensure CRM system is kept up to date

Assist with organising tool service schedule and publishing details

Arrange for finished goods to be distributed back to the customers

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by team leaders and management

You will have:

Previous administration experience

Excellent computer skills

A mature outlook with an enthusiastic/outgoing personality

Professional pride

Confident telephone manner

You will be:

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent

Numerate

Practical

Methodical

Flexible

Confident

Adaptable

Further information:

Reporting to the operations manager

20 hours per week (extra hours may be required dependant on workload and holidays)

Monday to Thursday, 1pm-5pm and Friday, 12pm-4pm.

£8.60 per hour.

This role will start at the beginning of May 2019.
