Income and Credit Control Manager - Birmingham

Job type: Full time permanent

Salary: £29,254

Hours: 35 hours per week (+ 5 hours paid lunch)

Location: Birmingham

Who we are looking for?  

Nacro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to develop and lead its income function. Knowledge and experience of best practice income management and credit control  in a large or medium turnover organisation is desirable.  The ability to build relationships and an emphasis on customer service standards combined with relevant accounting knowledge are key attributes.

Nacro has recently undergone a period of rapid growth ,this is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join Nacro on the next stage of its journey. There has been recent investment in implementing a leading edge ERP system which has been live for just over twelve months.

PROPOSED ANNUAL LEAVE ENTITLEMENT CHANGES

Nacro is currently in discussions with Unite the Union with regards to proposed changes to our annual leave entitlement for all new staff who join the organisation from the 1 April 2019 onwards.

As of this date our proposal is as follows:

25 days annual leave (plus statutory holidays) rising by 1 extra day of annual leave for each complete year of service  until a maximum of 30 days annual leave (plus 8 statutory holidays) is reached at 5 years of service Pro rata for part time employees.

The annual leave arrangements will be set out fully in the offer of employment.
