Part-Time Service Centre Advisor
30 hours per week
6-12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover)
£24,303 pro rata per annum

In this role, you will provide a comprehensive maintenance support and information service for CHP residents and other customers, taking ownership of incoming queries both face to face and on the telephone to a satisfactory resolution.
You will have worked in a customer focused organisation and have excellent communication, IT and interpersonal skills. In addition, you will be competent in office procedures and have an understanding of resource/workload planning. Previous use of scripting systems or knowledge of housing maintenance/repairs would be advantageous.
