Do you have a passion for tutoring English and Maths? Do you have experience aiding children with English and Maths from KS2 to KS4? Monarch Education are currently working in partnership with alternative provision academies and schools in the Tiverton area, who are looking for English and Maths Tutors to support their pupils 1 to 1, on a part time basis. Pupils are from diverse backgrounds and require intervention and booster sessions to increase attainment. If this sounds like a role you would be interested in, we would love to hear from you!

Previous experience teaching up to GCSE English and Maths and working with disadvantaged pupils would be preferable. Roles are to start immediately and hours can vary and can fit around availability of the tutors.

Both ourselves and the schools are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expect all staff to share this commitment. Enhanced DBS checks are required for all successful applicants. You will also need to be able to provide 2 references, that can comment on your ability working with children.Tutors are required to hold QTS status or have a background of teaching with pupils of Secondary and Primary ages.
