Customer service advisors needed for our inbound contact centre based in Chadderton.
Immediate assessments and starts available!
In this role you will be:
Taking incoming calls
Responding to emails
Teamworking and supporting others
Our ideal candidate should have:
Excellent telephone manner
The ability to provide high quality service
Enthusiasm
Great communication skills
Excellent English and keyboard skills
Good knowledge of computer systems such as Outlook and Word
Good work ethic and a positive attitude
You would be dealing with calls and emails from customers that can range from placing orders to missing items.
The hours of work - Full & Part time hours available.
Part time - must be available for 2 weeks full training which will be Monday to Friday 10:00 - 16:00
Full time - any 5 days out of 7 which includes working one day at the weekend. Midweek hours fall between the hours of 08:00 & 20:00 / Saturdays 09:00 - 1800 / Sundays 09:00 - 17:00
Monday to Friday shift will fall at any time bteween the hours of 8am and 8pm
Saturdays shift is 9am to 6pm
Sundays shift is 9am to 5pm
Total working hours will be 40 hours per week
Pay rate - £7.88 per hour, rising to £7.93 after 12 weeks with the weekends then being paid at £8.93
