The Job

The Home Care service that we are recruiting for can offer you the chance to either start or continue a career in care, offering you extensive training throughout your career. This training will give you not only all the skills needed to work in care, but the confidence to implement them in your working environment. This training commence during your first week.

Our client are also accredited trainers and life coaches, this support will be offer for whenever you will need it. Due to our client's qualifications you can be offered full support and the opportunity to undertake a variety of different qualifications further down the line such as NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care and/or training qualifications.

The organisation supports Adults across South Liverpool (L19, L18, L16, L15, L8 and L7) - which will develop into other postcodes across Liverpool.

The organisation are trained dementia specialists, however, you will be offering care and support to a mixture of people with dementia, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, the elderly and vulnerable people. You will be providing support in the community, helping with shopping, personal care, moving and handling and administering medication (which you will be trained to do, before you start). This role will also involve holistic care, so you will be offering emotional support not only to the service users, but also their family or spouses if needed.

Shifts and Pay

Working over a 7 day rota, including weekends, you can work on 1 or 2 weekends per month on a rolling rota.

Both part time and full time hours are available.

Hours of work will start at the earliest 7am and finish at the latest 10pm.

Pay:

£8.50 p/h - Weekdays

£8.75 p/h - Weekends
