Care Assistant – Cirencester GL7 – £8.21 to £9.33 - Permanent

You will be working for a leading Healthcare company who put the needs of the residents and its staff first, to generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes.

Roles available -

·FULL TIME NIGHTS or DAYS – 33hrs hour per week - £8.21 per hour for entry rate, to £9.33 depending on experience. 8pm-8am or 8am-8pm, including every other weekend on a rota.

·£1.50 additional for nights per hour.

·PART TIME DAYS – £8.21 per hour for entry rate, to £9.20 depending on experience.8am-2pm and/or2pm-8pm, including every other weekend on a rota.

Enhancements –

·Nights – Additional £1.50/hr

Key Responsibilities

·To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.

·To follow individual care plans for each resident, accurately maintaining appropriate records for both.

Person specification (Care Assistant)

·Care Experience is not essential; however a caring nature is crucial. Training will be provided.

·Ideally have a NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, QCF or equivalent environment (not essential)

·A willingness to develop new skills
