Hales Group currently have an exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant to join our client based in Halesworth.

Duties vary between the following;

General admin support; updating systems, filing, printing, scanning.

Liaising with customers and colleagues via email

Assisting with purchase ledger processing

Assisting with dispatch department

Checking post daily, opening and distributing to team

Suitable candidates will possess:

Previous experience in busy office environment

Excellent attention to detail

Experience of working with reports/data

Competent in use of Excel and Word

Overall excellent work ethic

Other details;

Monday and Friday

8am-5pm (although part time will be considered)

£8.30per hour

Temp to Perm

Immediate start
