We are recruitng for a propery and construction compamny based in Ealing. This is a part time role with flexible hours starting ASAP. It will be for 12 months as it's covering maternity.
Duties:
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support ensuring that a professional, customer focused, proactive and flexible HR service is delivered to the organisation,
* To be the first point of contact and support for employees in relation to employment matters.
* Administering the on-boarding and off-boarding process including preparation of contracts, employment change letters, references etc.
* Supporting the Senior HR Advisor in organising and running inductions.
* Collating key HR information such as turnover, diversity etc.
* Maintaining, updating and running reports from the HR system.
* To assist the Senior HR Advisor with the monthly payroll administration, working with Finance when required in relation to employee queries.
* To manage all recruitment administration including posting job adverts, liaising with recruitment agencies and hiring managers, arranging interviews, producing interview materials etc.
* To manager the administration of employee benefits.
* Organising and arranging training.
* Administering the appraisal, pay review and promotion process.
* To manage the sickness absence process.
* Providing information for tenders, awards and internal reporting.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience and who has a passion for HR.
Salary for 25 hours is: £17, 123 per annum
