Job Details: A brand new vacancy for a registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) has arisen in the South East London area. This role is open to Nurses with experience of a year or more, and who have a true passion and commitment to nursing. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments and producing care plans for individual service-users.
