Job Details: A brand new vacancy for a registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) has arisen in the South East London area. This role is open to Nurses with experience of a year or more, and who have a true passion and commitment to nursing. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments and producing care plans for individual service-users. The Staff Nurse will monitor progress on care plans and ensure excellent standards of care are provided at all times. This is a friendly service and the nursing team really do support one another. The Manager is committed to developing staff, and working at this service you will receive regular on-going training.
