We’re committed to helping you develop a long and rewarding career with us. To ensure you have all the skills you need to succeed, we’ll provide you with excellent training and plenty of support throughout your time at BT.
Generally, our centres are open between 8am and 10pm, 365 days a year including bank holidays. Shifts could be any time during these hours. Whilst we'll give you notice of your shifts in advance you'll need to be available during these hours. Over a 10-week period, people usually work the following shifts – six Saturdays, two Sundays and 25 evening shifts. If you work part-time, the number of evenings and weekends you would work will be reduced.
Our training period for Sales Advisors is 5 weeks and runs from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. If you apply for a part-time role, you will need to be available to work these hours for the training period. Your part time hours will start after your training period finishes.
