Domus Recruitment- Registered General Nurse

I am working on behalf of a fantastic client of mine who is looking for an outstanding Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to provide and supervise the delivery of high-quality nursing care to their residents.

The role involves creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, whilst also using your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. We are looking for a great communicator and team player who Can take responsibility for, and effectively supervise the day to day running of the home, in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Manager and ensure that the care is of the highest standard at all times.

You will be responsible for developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely and delivering excellence high quality care. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way.

The role

- Part time
- To plan, implement and supervise nursing care in designated area of responsibility
- To be physically involved in the care of the residents
