Prime Support Service is based in Stockport and we are recruiting for enthusiastic passionate Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our team..We are looking for people who have a compassionate nature and want to make a difference to people’s lives.

Previous care experience is not required as we can provide full training and hands on development in this role. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn is essential.

Care Assistant / Support Worker will play an active and vital role in supporting vulnerable adults from the age of 18 onwards with various needs and disabilities on a daily/weekly basis, aiming to provide as much independence as possible.

Main Duties:

• Supporting Service Users' in all aspects of their daily living requirements including personal care.
• Recording and reporting information to the appropriate person.
• Maintaining dignity and respect always.
• Maintaining health and safety and safeguarding vulnerable individuals from harm.

Required:
