Athenia Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse for a Nursing Home on the Wirral. Full or part time hours are available, days and nights £15.60 - £16.00 per hour.This large home provides care for residents living with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

The Successful applicant will:

• Be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
• Have experience of delivering nursing care within the elderly health care sector

As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the highest possible standards of care, assessing residents needs and wishes
• Developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet residents needs
• Oversee all aspects of medicines management on your shift, ensuring that medicines are appropriately stored, received and administered
• Support, teach, guide ad mentor others in line with the NMC code of practice
• Ensure positive resident experience from admission to discharge
