We are recruiting for Support Workers in Hounslow, Wembley and Barnet on full-time, part-time and relief basis.

Whether you have worked in healthcare, mental health, autism, with challenging behaviour or maybe you have a background in retail, cleaning and coaching, this could be the career for you. Dimensions recruit against values and not previous experience.

Our Hounslow service we enjoy a range of activities, outings and events locally and in the wider area. As well as support to attend activities and outings, our team provide high standards of personal care along with medication and actively support us around the home, this can include meal preparation and domestic tasks, supporting us with our money and keeping records. Our families and friends play a big part in our lives so we also require support with maintaining those relationships. Due to our mobility requirements, we do require support with our wheelchairs and lifting equipment however training is provided for this. We're staffed 24 hours a day and you'll be part of a team that works flexibly on a rota, there’s a separate bedroom for Support Workers who are required to stay overnight. We're looking for Support Workers to support during the day shifts and nights.

Our Wembley service is for 4 active gentlemen with autism with common interests who would like to share a home together. If you are a motivated individual with knowledge and would like to support these individuals to access the local facilities like shopping, use of gym, banking, paid or voluntary work etc, then this would be your ideal opportunity to join our work force. Our families and friends play a big part in our lives so we also require support with maintaining those relationships.

And in Barnet we have two services, with one; they all have learning difficulties with various complex needs ranging from needing to be PEG feed, having epilepsy and the need for help with personal care. We have 8 people in one of the shared accommodation which involves manual handling, personal care, handling of medication and one gentleman that will need 1:1 support.

The pay rate is determined by the service that you will work in. This can be discussed with Kirstie Rawlinson on 03003039150.

We believe anyone has the potential be a great support worker, no matter your background, as long as you share our values; respect, partnership, courage, ambition and integrity – that’s why we recruit based on values and not skills or experience.
