Do you have a passion to meet the needs of our customers area by managing and motivating a small and committed team of Scheme Services Coordinators? Do you have proven ability to successfully take ownership, improve services and inspire others?

Here at Southern Housing Group, we seek to appoint an exceptional and talented person as our part time Sheltered Services Manager. This role is offered as a 12 month Fixed term contract.

What will I be doing?

As part of our Sheltered Housing Team, you will own and manage the customer relationship across a number of schemes embracing agile working to deliver excellent, innovative landlord services. Working in tandem with another Sheltered Services Manager in the London area, you will have full management responsibility for the performance of a number of Scheme Services Coordinators across a defined patch, and will form close relationships with colleagues across the Group; as well as within your own team to ensure that our residents are provided with a seamless service.

The Sheltered Services Manager will ensure services are aligned to customer and community needs and that Southern Housing Group leads in performance and customer excellence.

In addition, you will need to achieve annual objectives, meet customers' reasonable expectations and all appropriate statutory and legal requirements. You will deliver high quality, efficient services working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to demonstrate value for money in line with the Groups Corporate Strategy.

What do I need?

As a Sheltered Services Manager, you will need to exemplify an excellent, personalised customer first approach. You will demonstrate a proven commitment to take ownership, an empathy and understanding of issues that are important to older people, creating innovative solutions that improve service delivery and maximise customer satisfaction. We are embracing agile working practices and you will be able to demonstrate how you will work in a mobile environment.
