Location: Poole, Dorset
Salary: £19,750-£20,750, DOE – Pro Rata
Contract: Permananet, Part Time
Hours: 22.5-30 hours, working 4 days per week

The Role:

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will take pride in providing excellent levels of service to our staff based locally and across the UK. You will play an important role in helping us ensure our people feel valued and supported.

HR Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and consistent support to staff on their queries, including contract issues, policies, procedures and processes, pensions and other areas.
  • Responsible for efficient processing of updates to our key systems ensuring data quality through accurately logging and data input, including joiners, leavers, training achievements and career progression.
  • Scheduling interviews, workshops and meetings.
  • Preparing letters and information
  • Working with external suppliers for a range of services such as background checks, training and exams.
  • Being flexible and open to providing administrative support and assistance to other team members as required to achieve our goals and standards


HR Administrator - Candidate Profile:

  • A real people person and able to communicate well with our staff
  • Has experience in a busy varied office administration role
  • Has great attention to detail
  • Takes pride in delivering support to a high standard
  • Identifies and makes suggestions on continuous improvements in processes
