Conveyancing Secretary / Assistant

A new job has arisen to join a progressive and forward thinking law firm in Manchester. This law firm pride themselves on developing the careers of their employees, many of whom have undertaken additional training and qualifications.
Key responsibilities:
- Opening new files
- Producing documents and correspondence
- Liaising with brokers, estate agents and lenders
- Post completion duties
- Dealing with SDLT, TR1 and AP1
- Customer service
Key skills:
- Experience of working within a busy conveyancing team in essential for this role
- You can come from wither a secretarial, administrative or Paralegal background
- You will be highly organised, a great team player and have excellent communication skills
