Are you looking to work flexible part-time hours?
My client is a partnership organisation providing services and expertise to support the performance and growth of tourism businesses and destinations and they are looking for an administrator with previous experience to join their team in Eastleigh.
The role:
• Co-ordinate a range of training courses/workshops
• Set up courses and manage administration and paperwork including adding participant details onto database, preparing and despatching course certificates
• Take bookings, set up venues/trainers, send out course confirmations and answer enquires
• Raise purchase orders and invoices
• Work with a small team to generate and convert sales leads
• Liaise with clients, venue suppliers, trainers and course participants
• Promote courses through e-shots, newsletters, website copy and Twitter
• Prepare and despatch handouts, packs and materials
• Provide a range of statistical information on course participation, City and Guilds registrations and certification
• Work with Training team to deliver commercial revenue targets
Key Skills:
• Experience in a previous administrative position
• Experience in dealing with clients face-face and over the phone
• Good level of numeracy skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft office especially excel
• Good levels of written English
• A driving licence is also desirable
• Looking to work part-time hours (flexible 22.5 hours per week)
