Our client is looking to recruit a Services Administrator to work as part of their established team on a fixed-term basis. This is a good opportunity for anyone who enjoys variety within their role and would like to gain experience of working within a Charity.
Job Title: Services Administrator

Hours: 18 hours per week (work pattern is flexible and can be discussed at interview)
Salary: £16,500 - £19,000pro-rata, per annum depending on experience
Contract: Part time, temporary, 3 month contract
Location: Bristol
Benefits: 25 days holiday per year (pro-rata) + bank holidays (pro-rata). Free parking in a beautiful semi-rural setting.
The Services Administrator will provide administration support to enable the smooth running of courses both internally and externally to all clients including;
- Preparing course paperwork and packs
- Updating website with course information
- Updating and adding new clients onto database
- Undertaking general administration and assistance
The post would ideally suit someone with previous experience in a similar administration role who enjoys the variety of a wide remit of tasks and the opportunity to work as part of a small team.
