International Conversion Manager
Grade 6 - £26,250 to £35,222 per annum
Mode: Part-Time (0.6 FTE), Permanent
Coventry University is recognised as one of the leading UK study destinations for international students. We’ve put ourselves on the global map by recruiting students from 87% of the world in just 10 years through our International Office. Continuing success means that we must expand our Conversion Team to meet current demand and hit ambitious recruitment targets.
We need an inspirational International Conversion Manager who will:
- Lead and manage a team of Conversion Officers so that the team meets and exceeds individual and wider sales targets according to a well-proven conversion plan.
- Coach and develop individual Conversion Officers to boost skills, maintain productive work patterns and improve their conversion rates.
- Take responsibility for conversion activity, reporting success to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and using run-rates to proactively manage a complex sales and recruitment cycle.
The International Office takes responsibility for recruiting students to study for a Coventry University degree. We take pride in understanding the needs of different students from different cultures, both in the EU and outside the EU. We encourage undergraduate and postgraduate students to apply directly to us, or through our global network of sales agents.
We show a young and vibrant worldwide audience how a degree from Coventry will change their lives. Because of this, we’re recognised as 2nd in the UK for Teaching Excellence. And 97% of our students are employed or in further study six months after they graduate.
As results-driven organisation marketing courses to global customers, we adopt working patterns that help us ‘make the sale’. So a 5-over-7 shift rota will mean planned weekend work, and we’ll expect some flexibility around start and finish times to maximise sales opportunities from different time zones around the world. Show us how you’ll hit the ground running from day one by applying at the link below.
