International Conversion Manager

Grade 6 - £26,250 to £35,222 per annum

Mode: Part-Time (0.6 FTE), Permanent

Continuing success means that we must expand our Conversion Team to meet current demand and hit ambitious recruitment targets.

We need an inspirational International Conversion Manager who will:

• Lead and manage a team of Conversion Officers so that the team meets and exceeds individual and wider sales targets according to a well-proven conversion plan.
• Coach and develop individual Conversion Officers to boost skills, maintain productive work patterns and improve their conversion rates.
• Take responsibility for conversion activity, reporting success to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and using run-rates to proactively manage a complex sales and recruitment cycle.

The International Office takes responsibility for recruiting students to study for a Coventry University degree.
