Based in the Midlands, UK, Project Partners offers its clients simple recruitment solutions to full bespoke project management
services to our clients where we can also supply field and back office resource to a full project management service.

Due to our growth, we have a vacancy for a part-time resourcing manager to work from home anywhere in the UK. Flexible working hours £9.00 - £11/hour with a shared incentive to be agreed.

• High attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A high level of self-motivation to succeed
• An inquisitive nature with a willingness to learn
• At least one years' experience within sales, resourcing or recruitment
• Possess strong problem-solving skills
• A high level of integrity
• Developing a deep understanding of the (define niche) becoming a ‘go to’ person in your field and building a strong network of candidates interim/contract.
• Sourcing the best candidates through your networks, social media sites and external job boards.
• Make sure that all conversations with candidates and clients are maintained and recorded
• Interviewing candidates (phone or skype to gain an understanding of their personality, experience and aspirations
• Creating detailed and insightful candidate profiles and cover notes
• Controlling the full recruitment life cycle from new client on boarding to successful candidate placement.
