HOURS: Part-Time

PAY RATE: £12.00 per hour

START: ASAP

DURATION: 4+ Months (chance for perm for the right candidate)

LOCATION: walking distance from Old Street Station

Our client is a Western European provider of bandwidth infrastructure services. We focus on delivering scalable, fibre based products and solutions to a customer base that is at the centre of technology transformation. Our customers require fibre based data centre to data centre connectivity, both within the key cities in Europe and between these cities, supporting both their bandwidth growth and the performance requirements that their applications demand.

They require someone with strong previous administrator experience. Must have previous experience in processing invoices, raising purchase orders and be a confident, bright individual who has excellent communications skills. You will have a great eye for detail as accurate records needs to be kept. This is a part-time role of 22.5 hours per week for minimum 4 months.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

* Accurately record updates on Customer Management Systems

* Liaise with other internal departments regarding any issues

* Request land registry information to support land ownership as and when required

* Raise purchase orders on Customer Management System and seek approval and sign off

* Process invoices relating to legal fees

* Issuing cover letters with signature instructions executed copies of Agreements

* Provide weekly / monthly reports / statistics in accordance with requirements

* To keep and maintain Wayleave records and signed documentation in good order

* filing or archiving

* Take ownership within Company guidelines and current legislation

* Data entry

* Updating databases

* Other ad-hoc administration

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

* Previous strong administration experience

* Must have previous experience with invoicing and raising purchase orders

* Self-starter who can work independently and in a team

* High level of accuracy

* Bright, confident and interpersonal skills

* Extremely confidential, reliable and strong attention to detail

* Strong work ethic and able to commit to minimum 4 months on a part-time basis

* Always upholds the highest standards

* Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

* Well organised and have a sense of urgency
