SUPPORT WORKERS REQUIRED - NO EXPERIENCE NECCESSARY - FULL INDUCTION AND INDUSTRY LEADING TRAINING– INNOVATIVE SERVICE IN AXBRIDGE – VARIOUS HOURS FULL AND PART TIME AVAILABLE - £8.50 PER HOUR + ENHANCEMENTS + MARKET LEADING BENEFITS AND PENSION SCHEME
White Knight Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a national provider of care and support services to individuals with a disability. This innovative third sector provider supports individuals in its various residential care, supported living and nursing home settings across the UK.
This provider requires Support Workers for its 36-bed care with nursing home in the peaceful village of Axbridge.
The Support Workers will provide a range of personal care and support to a variety of individuals. The role will also include assisting residents with a range of activities throughout the home. Follow and adapt care plans accordingly while ensuring all residents live their lives to their maximum potential while maintaining their independence.
This provider is seeking candidates with a passion for supporting individuals with a disability and ideally with prior experience in a care setting although individuals without experience will also be considered.
In return, this provider can offer:
·Hourly rate of £8.77 per hour.
