Part Time Bookkeeper/ Administrator

As specialists within the R&D tax field, we work closely with our Clients to identify operational challenges within their businesses which qualify as eligible expenditure for R&D tax purposes.
With an ever – growing Client base, specifically within the construction industry, we are looking to recruit a part time Bookkeeper and Administrator to assist the Directors and Office Manager with the day to day running of the business.
Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper and Administrator:
The ideal candidate will be honest, efficient and be keen to get involved within differing core aspects of the business.
We are looking for an individual who has the experience to take control and manage tasks such as bookkeeping, expenses, invoices and receipts, ledgers, VAT returns, data input and payroll.
This is a multi-disciplined role, with ad-hoc assistance required in varied administrational aspects.
The role will require a loyal, committed, enthusiastic and well organised team player.
Candidate Skills Required:
- Strong excel and Microsoft skills
- Able to communicate in a professional manner
- Proficient in all aspects of bookkeeping
- Enthusiastic, dedicated, reliable with the ability to work within a small office environment
- Experience using Sage
- Proven experience in dealing with confidential information
- A willingness to be involved within all administrational tasks
