Job Title: Finance Manager
Working hours : 3 days per week
We are looking to hire a Finance Manager, working 3 days a week from our London
office. The successful candidate will be expected to manage all bookkeeping, financial reporting and
management accounts.
The role is comprised of, but not limited to:
● Ensuring debtors reconcile to invoice ledger.
● Ensuring creditors reconcile to purchase ledger and creditor accounts to supplier statements.
● Working with creditors.
● Journals.
● Bank reconciliations.
● Ad hoc reconciliations.
● Weekly cash-flow forecasts.
● Preparation of monthly management accounts (2 companies and consolidated profit and loss
account) for presentation at the monthly Board Meeting.
● Liaising with company directors, financial advisor and accountants.
● Staff expenses.
● Monitor and maintain records for all company credit cards and accounts.
Requirements include:
● Experience and understanding of Xero
● Experience preparing and presenting management accounts to Board.
● Industry experience preferred
