Due to continuing expansion, we are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience in placement of permanent nursing and Allied Health Professional staff to join our small office team based in Spaldwick, six miles west of Huntingdon. This is a village location, as such your own transport would be essential for this role. This is a full-time role but we are not opposed to hearing from candidates may be interested in negotiating a part-time role. Our client base includes established NHS, Independent Sector and British Territory hospitals, we do not supply temporary/locum staff. Our candidates are sourced both from the UK and international candidates coming in to the UK, as such international recruitment experience would be highly desirable. We are a small family-owned consultancy offering a personalised recruitment and placement service to nurses and AHPs seeking employment in the UK. We reinforce every stage of our recruitment with expert input from qualified Nurses and experienced Healthcare recruitment professionals. Our high attention to detail is highly valued by our clients and candidates - the quality of our business processes distinguishes us from our competitors and is a major factor in our success rate. Reporting to the Managing Director you will work as part of a small team of Clinical Nurse Consultants and fellow Recruitment Consultants. Deputising for the MD in his absence. Taking ownership of the recruitment cycle KPI's, you will: - Source, screen, select and forward candidates that match the specifications set by our clients. - Manage the pre-employment process in line with our clients instructions for offered candidates. - Develop new and maintain existing business with clients in line with candidate availability and management instructions. Person requirements - Essential - Experience in permanent Healthcare recruitment with a good working knowledge of clinical roles and terminology. - Excellent written and spoken English including telephone/video manner. - Proven success in achieving targets. - Ability to build good working relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues within a small and informal working environment. - Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise time and workload. - A good standard of IT skills; with proficiency in Microsoft Word and/or Access.
