Are you looking for flexible and consistent shifts with rates ranging from £9.00 to £10.60 for week shifts? Would you like to work in a beautiful setting with lakeside walks during lunchtime?

What do we mean by flexible shifts? We mean flexible for you, not for us! If you need flexibility in hours, a late start or an early finish, possibly you can only commit to a couple of shifts each week? We would love to hear from you! We believe that getting the right people to work with our children is more important than conforming to a set shift pattern.

We currently have numerous shifts in the Sevenoaks and Westerham area and are recruiting now! There is also a strong probability of a permanent position for the right candidate!

If you are an experienced support worker with a passion for caring, then this position could be the one for you!

You will benefit from:

We require at least 6 months experience with both children and adults, good level of communication and pass grades for Maths and English GCSE’s or equivalent.

We are able to provide free training, a dedicated consultant and excellent pay rates starting from £9 an hour for days and £10.60 an hour for working nights.

Applicants with drivers license and have access to a car are preferred due to not all locations accessible via public transport.
