Part Time - 18 hours per week

Our client provides a comprehensive range of services to over 6000 homes in North Yorkshire, a number that continues to grow with the delivery of their ambitious development strategy, supporting their vision to become the best rural housing provider.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a flexible hard working person to join their busy Scheduling team. Working within the Property department you will support colleagues to help deliver an excellent customer experience.
Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent ICT skills that can be used to really drive the best performance coupled with best customer experience. You will be responsible for working with colleagues to arrange suitable appointments ensuring that the right person is in the right place at the right time.
As an effective communicator you will liaise with both internal and external customers and be key in organising essential work, ensuring it is carried out by having the ability and drive to plan resource efficiently.
Please note this is a part time position working 18 hours per week covering half a day Wednesday and between 8 am - 6 pm on a rota basis Thursday & Friday
