Our client is a long established company based in Thirsk, they are constantly pursuing new ways to improve the services and products they offer. An opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your duties will include:
Sharing telephone calls from customers, clients & internal staff.
Ensure all enquiries and complaints are dealt with satisfactorily
To update and maintain all reports and KPI's for clients and Management alike.
To ensure all relevant booking are sent to logistics department for routing/planning
To assist department staff where appropriate.
To ensure a smooth month end closure with all loose ends tied up
To file, plot and scan all relevant paperwork
To be considered for the role of Office Administrator, you must:
A customer orientated individual with an eye for detail
Good administrate skills
Ability to work to set deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
A "can do" attitude
Ability to deal with large volumes of work at peak periods
Confidant telephone manner
