Customer Service Advisor - Part-time

Manchester - £18K (Pro-rata)

First Achieve are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor that will be responsible for dealing primarily with inbound calls, email, live chat and social media for a gambling company.

The main duties are as follows:

* Inbound customer service calls

* Logging deposits and withdrawals to customer satisfaction

* New account welcome

* Administration duties where applicable

* Liaising with Customers using various contact methods such as; telephone, email, SMS, letter and social media.

The experience required is:

* Excellent Customer Service Experience. Inbound phone experience required

* The ability to communicate in a positive, professional and confident manner, both with clients and staff

* Excellent organisational skills

* Outlook, Word and Excel experience essential

* Previous experience in retail is beneficial but not essential

Working Monday to Sunday 20 hours a week in shifts in the centre of Manchester. This will involve working hours between 8am and 12 midnight.
