Are you a senior-level commercial contracts specialist with a sense of adventure and a thirst for knowledge?

Are you brave enough to tackle contracts covering anything from Art to Intellectual Property, from Manufacturing to Software, and from Telecoms to Zen? If so we'd like to talk to you!

Who we are:

Since 2003 we have supported hundreds of companies, across dozens of sectors, creating thousands of successful commercial deals.

Backed by an experienced team of Commercial Consultants from a wide range of industries we enable our clients to “punch above their weight” in their negotiations with larger customers, suppliers, partners and resellers.

The business is uniquely positioned between Commercial Lawyers and real business people, offering a full range of commercial support services to SMEs, including contract drafting, review and negotiation. Our goal is to help our clients achieve theirs.

To further our ambitious growth plans we are currently recruiting for an additional Senior Commercial Contract Consultant.

The right candidate will have the desire to be part of a vibrant and ambitious business. The role will involve you working with the CEO, Client Engagement Director, Client Services Director and fellow Contract Specialists to provide our commercial expertise to high-growth companies.

Our ideal Senior Contracts Consultant will:

+ Have a varied background in contract management or commercial management (from both legal and business perspectives)
+ Be a problem solver with first class contract law knowledge and commercial nous
+ Have a successful track record of drafting and negotiating contracts, delivering great results under pressure while creating workable long-term business relationships
+ Be completely client focused - we need client experience to be exceptional
+ Have an innate deal-making instinct and appreciation for the levers of business that drive a successful transaction
+ Be curious and a fast learner, quickly understanding the key operational needs of diverse client businesses
+ Be a natural and confident communicator and engage at all levels
+ Have a highly professional demeanour and high levels of self-motivation

The successful candidate will be based in our client’s bright and attractive offices within a country location in Riseley, near Reading (with no long commute into London!). There is free parking for employees and bike racks for those seeking to make the most of our countryside setting.

Other Benefits include:

+ IACCM membership and access to professional certification programme
+ Family friendly flexible working opportunities
+ 25 days holiday
+ NHS top up scheme
+ Pension
