Our client has successfully embraced the challenges of modern government through taking a progressive partnership approach to offering services. They are proud of what they have achieved through their joint working and they are passionate about delivering excellent services to their customers every day and meeting the needs of local communities.
The staff survey results consistently show that their employees think this is a great place to work. An Investor in People (IiP) Assessor commented that, "staff are incredibly positive about their work for the Council, committed to its success and have a high level of satisfaction".
The Customer Services team provides first point of contact services for customers of both Councils.
Our client is looking for a Customer Services Assistant to join their team who are friendly, customer focussed and eager to learn new ways of working and provide a wide range of information both on the telephone and face to face.
