Our client, a successful branding business is seeking a part time ARTWORK EXECUTIVE to join their team. Working from 9am-1.00pm (20 hours per week, Monday-Friday ) and reporting to the Specification and Artwork Production Manager, this exciting opportunity will be to offer support in activating event branding for key sponsors at major sporting events along with any internal projects.

You will be trained to be responsible for:

Creating and editing artwork for large format print from supplied files.
Pre-flight customer supplied artwork ensuring it has been created to the correct product specifications.
Create photoshop mock-ups and proposals to aid sales and installation teams.
Produce print and cut files for livery,
Procurement of large format print and products with our approved suppliers, liaise with suppliers and ensure delivery is on time to meet the wider project timeline.
Insert low-res artwork into our database system,
Quality control of branding produced ensuring imagery, size and quantity match the order placed.
Mark-up branding for installation teams.
Using our client's bespoke software, research and add the predicted brand exposure to media, footfall and corporate hospitality guests on various branding sites
Research and report new branding sites gleaned from TV footage
Creation of product templates using Adobe Illustrator
Assist on surveys; taking measurements, photographs and making notes.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Fluency in using Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat on Mac format
Ability to work to tight deadlines with good communication skills
The ability to work well alone or in a team (keen to learn and eager to support).
Impeccable attention to detail and high level of accuracy regarding quality of information and presentation of work.
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn our in house bespoke database and mapping system (full training provided)
Accurate data entry skills

Personal Specification

You will relish the opportunity to be involved in working on some of the worlds highest profile sporting events, from survey through to artwork and production procurement. Sound knowledge and proven experience within an artwork related role. Although this role has a small amount of creativity you will enjoy and be satisfied within an Artworker role. As this industry is demanding, it is essential that you are a self-starter, calm under pressure and focused on producing high quality results for the success of the business. You will have the ability to juggle conflicting projects and prioritise accordingly. Accuracy and good communication skills are a must, at all levels both internally and externally.

Your own transport and the ability to drive is essential due to the Company’s rural location
