You will be joining a specialist charity that help over 50s get back into employment.  They have a small employment support team, based out of a community centre in between Ladbroke Grove and Kensal Green.    The charity has been around since the early 90’s, and help people over 50 around their health and wellbeing, introducing them to social activities to get them involved in society.  They have a new CEO, who has ambitions to grow their employment support provision, so it’s a good time to get on board. You will be based out the community centre 4 days a week, delivering around 8 employment support sessions a day covering anything from CV writing, job searching, applications and interview preparation.  In addition to this, you will spend one day a week at Fulham job centre, talking to people who might be interested in joining the programme.    It’s a hand on role, and the charity has a start up feel to it.  Meaning everyone gets stuck in, and you work with your manager, who also has their own caseload.   Please apply via this advert.  People who have previously worked as a Recruitment Consultant, or an Employment Advisor / Employment Consultant would be a great fit
