Medacs Healthcare, leading nursing agency and preferred supplier to several prominent NHS Trusts and with over 25 years’ experience, are recruiting Registered General Nurses (RGN) specialising in Paediatrics to work in Hackney, London.

The Trust is based in the London Borough of Hackney, providing general health services at the hospital and in the community. They have three day-surgery theatres and six main operating theatres for all types of general surgery, trauma and orthopaedics, gynaecology, maxio-facial, urology, ENT, obesity, bariatric and obstetrics. They also have a surgical treatment room within the main theatres complex and offer a range of specialist care in obstetrics and neonatology, fetal medicine, fertility, HIV and sexual health, asthma and allergies, keyhole and bariatric surgery and neuro-rehabilitation across east London and beyond.

You will be working with adolescents and children. You will be assisting Paediatricians and other medical specialists in the diagnosis, observation, testing and treatment of young patients across the full cycle of paediatric healthcare. You will be carrying out typical nursing activities such as monitoring temperature, pulse, breathing and blood pressure and recording accurate results. You will also be responsible for providing information to the patients and their families in an appropriate manner.

Minimum requirements :

Minimum 6 months recent relevant UK experience.
