Package description

You will have the ability to effectively supervise specialist and general contractors and a small team of building maintenance inspectors. You will also have a basic knowledge of IT and experience of providing a repair and maintenance service to residential properties. The preparation of technical reports on complex repair issues is also fundamental to the post.

Of particular importance is the role of the team in processing vacant properties for re-letting within strict deadlines, overseeing more complex routine repairs and identifying future repair needs for use in the development of planned maintenance programmes.
