PART TIME PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
Hemel Hempstead
15 Hours a week - 9.30 - 2.30 (flexi hours)
£13.00 per Hour + Excellent Benefits
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working with a well-established and expanding consultancy who are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their successful team.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be gathering and preparing all information for monthly Payrolls and handle payroll amendments including sick pay and maternity/paternity pay.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process the payroll monthly for multiple clients
- Accurately process new starters/leavers
- Liaising with employees regarding payroll issues and amendments including sickness, maternity/paternity, expenses etc
- Ensuring payroll issues are handled compliantly and effectively
- Liaising with clients to ensure all data is processed promptly and accurately
- Working towards multiple deadlines simulations
- Handling auto-enrolment and liaising with clients and employees regarding their queries
THE PERSON:
- Previous experience within a self-sufficient Payroll role is essential
- Sage Payroll
- Confident to handle complex payroll amendments and queries
