Service Care Legal are working on behalf of a leading law firm who are, due to maternity leave, looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Probate team.

ROLE: Legal Secretary - Probate

LOCATION: East London

CONTRACT: Start ASAP, 6 month contract, full time or part time

RATE: Depending on experience

The Role

• To provide secretarial and administrative support to a Fee Earner within the Wills & Probate division

• Assist in providing an exceptional standard of customer care to clients

• Working alongside 2 other support staff

• Keep the case management system up-to-date

• Copy and audio typing legal documentation

The Person

• Prior experience of working in a Secretarial position in a Probate team

• Ideally looking for someone with 2 years worth of experience in a similar position

• Willing and able to work within a team effectively

• Extremely organised and professional

• A high standard of IT competency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access)
