My Client has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Part-time Sales Administrator! The role offers 33 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with a half day on Friday.

Responsibilities include:

* Log, Maintain and update of enquiry log

* Providing Live Chat responses

* Answering of the Office phone

* Sending out brochures

* Providing quotes for customers

* Any other administrative duties required by the business to support the overall function

The ideal candidate will need:

* Previous experience as an Administrator or in an office environment

* An excellent telephone manner when dealing with customers/clients

* A good level of verbal and written communication skills

* Keen attention to detail

* Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel
