Are you looking for part-time work? Are you able to work a maximum of 16 hours between 3.30-7.30pm and 4-8pm Monday to Thursday? In this customer services position, you will make outbound telephone calls to existing customers in order to take outstanding payments and/or organise payment plans for those who are in arrears.

Within this part-time Customer Service role, you will be responsible for:
- Contacting customers for repayment by telephone and letter
- Managing your own portfolio of cases
- Monitoring payments and handling direct debit returns
- Monitoring accounts and reviewing monthly
- Dealing with queries from clients and third parties
Full training will be given, although you will need some previous call handling experience and excellent communication skills. Patience and a passion for helping customers is essential.
