This is a very busy and varied role to include employee record maintenance, recruitment, payroll assistance, disciplinaries, audits and maintaining employee records in accordance with GDPR.
* Maintaining current HR files and databases.
* Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
* Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
* Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
* Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations and audit’s and recommending any corrective action required.
* Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews.
If you have a proven HR background within the manufacturing/engineering sector and have the ability to provide excellent organisational skills then please apply
