You will have previous experience recruiting for highly skilled technology specialists; having worked in either a Financial Services firm or a relevant recruitment agency or executive search firm.  Working alongside the Resourcing Manager you will be expected to provide a superior recruitment service and develop strong relationships with all our key stakeholders.  You will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle for all roles across EMEA, including proactively identifying and engaging candidates, CV screening and shortlisting.

You will also have the opportunity to become an integral part of Macquarie’s HR community, working in partnership with HR Business Partners and Functional Specialists and taking an active role in wider project-based work.

To be successful in this role you will be familiar with a variety of sourcing channels such as direct advertising, LinkedIn recruiter, internal mobility, social media, referrals and CRM databases to source for active and passive candidates, work well in a team and be organised with the ability to prioritise your workload.   You will be driven, self-motivated and passionate about delivering best-in-class service.
