A part-time (16 hours per week) Administrator role based on the outskirts of Woking paying up to £20,000
Your new company
The newly created role as Administrator falls with a small business based on the outskirts of Woking who specialise in a range of services including software solutions and remote management to over 700 businesses across EMEA.
Your new role
In your new role as Administrator you'll be responsible for all administrative duties for the office. Responsibilities include:
* Analysing and reporting on customer activity for billing purposes
* Liaising with sales and credit control to resolve customer queries
* Helping to coordinate projects across functions
* Preparing and controlling price lists and part numbers
* Sending out post or packages to customers when required
* Any other ad hoc administrative tasks
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as the Administrator you will be a confident team player. You'll possess good communication skills, analytical ability, numeracy and presentation skills with an understanding of IT. You'll be educated to GCSE standard in both Maths and English.

In return you'll be offered an initial starting salary up to £20,000 per annum plus benefits.
