Job Role :- To be a key member of the Sales Team with all administrative duties to help ensure smooth running of the Sales Office.

Primary Duties :-

* Taking telephone orders and assisting with customer enquiries

* Responding and processing internet orders

* Acting as first point of contact for customers and showroom customers

* Replying to all emails including quotes , giving advice and answering queries

* Administration tasks : Filling , post , maintaining and efficient office

* Assisting the Office Manager . Creating sales orders, including export orders on Sage

* High volume of calls both inbound and outbound

Essential Skills :-

* Sales experience , both business to consumer and business to business

* IT skills ( Word / Excel ) including experience with Sage Accounts packages - Essential

* Excellent customer service skills , with a minimum of 5 years in a customer focused role

* Attention to detail and organizational skills and be able to prioritize workload

* Flexible attitude for this varied role and be able to cover for holidays

* Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

The role is P/T , hours will be roughly 1pm-5pm Mon – Thurs and all day Friday -
