THE COMPANY:
Brewster Partners are working with our client to recruit a suitably experienced Part Time Customer Service Advisor in a specialist position responding to emergency call-outs in a busy office environment. The role would suit someone with solid customer service experience and who is able to deal with pressured situations and deliver quick solutions and is able to do evening work. Based in Doncaster, the role is easily commutable from areas of Rotherham, Scunthorpe, Goole, and surrounding areas.
THE JOB:
Working 4pm - 8pm Monday - Friday, the job is within a busy office in Doncaster, taking calls from customers who may have an emergency at their premises. You will take down details of the situation and then log on the system, contacting engineers who are on shift to work out who can get there in the most efficient time without disrupting other works.
Working hours are 12-8pm Monday - Friday with the option of weekend overtime however this is not essential.
THE PERSON:
To be successful in your application you need to be able to commit to a part time role working evenings Monday - Friday on a permanent basis. We're looking for a confident call handler, ideally with experience in a contact centre environment. Someone who may have dealt with engineers call-outs either for reactive or planned maintenance/works or facilities management would be ideal. You will need experience of a CRM or database system in order to log the calls effectively and add bookings. Ideally we're looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
